Luann's brother, Mike, arrives to help Luann and Sonja with the motel renovations; with Benton Follies days away, it becomes clear that Luann and Sonja are on different pages creatively.

Creative Differences

After cleaning rooms at the motel, Luann and Sonja head off to the local dog shelter to see how they can help. They also keep their promise to provide the town with a new playground.

Taking Care of Business

Luann and Sonja host their first Crappie Hour; their success is short-lived when they break the news to the mayor that the playground isn't coming along as planned.
