Credit or debit card used for purchase will be kept on file and may be used for any unpaid balances and fees if your DIRECTV service is disconnected.
Leased equipment must be returned upon disconnect. If you do not return equipment, DIRECTV may charge a fee of $45 for each standard DIRECTV Receiver, HD Receiver, and each Genie Mini, and $135 for each DVR, HD DVR, and Genie HD DVR.
By entering my checking account, credit card or debit card information and then clicking the "Enroll" box as my electronic signature, I enroll in AutoPay and I authorize AT&T/DIRECTV and my financial institution to charge automatically to the checking account or credit card or debit card (collectively, the "Payment Method") I have provided (1) the amount of my monthly bill due each month and (2) any amounts outstanding if I cancel AT&T/DIRECTV service, including any applicable cancellation fees and equipment non-return fees. I certify that I have the authority to authorize charges to the Payment Method I have provided. I may choose another Payment Method at any time by contacting AT&T/DIRECTV and providing the new Payment Method information. I understand that my monthly payments will be charged on the date indicated on my monthly bill and any final payment will be charged upon cancellation.
My authorization and the AT&T/DIRECTV AutoPay service will remain in full force and effect until revoked by me, my financial institution, or AT&T/DIRECTV. I may revoke my AutoPay authorization online or by calling the customer care number on my bill, which revocation will be effective when AT&T/DIRECTV has had a reasonable opportunity to act on it. If I revoke my AutoPay authorization, I remain responsible for paying my monthly payments and any amounts due upon cancellation of service, including by making monthly payments by check, credit/debit card, or other payment method on or before the due date on each bill.
You and DIRECTV agree that both parties will resolve any dispute arising under the Equipment Lease Addendum, the DIRECTV Customer Agreement or any other addendum thereto, or regarding your DIRECTV programming service, through binding arbitration as fully set forth in the DIRECTV Customer Agreement. ARBITRATION MEANS YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. The referenced agreements are available at DIRECTV.com/agreements.
