Click "ORDER NOW" below, then follow these simple steps:
SIGN IN with your user name and password.
Under OPTION C, select TOTAL CHOICE PLUS with
Local Channels ($42.99/Monthly) and click "CONTINUE"
at the bottom right of the page.
Select any premium services, sports subscriptions or additional
services you want to add, then click "CONTINUE".
