View Your Statement

1. Sign in and go to "My Account."
2. Click on the link next to "Paperless Billing" within the My Billing Summary section.
3. If this is the first time you are viewing your bill online, you will have to follow the simple on screen instructions in order to register.
4. Once registered, a list of statements will appear. You can sort your list by "Statement Date," "Due Date," or "Amount Due."
5. To view a statement's details, click the statement date.
6. You can view and/or print your full statement complete with all of that month's charges and credits.

Pay Bill Online

1. Sign in and go to "My Account."
2. Select "Pay Bill" at the top of the page.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to pay all or part of your bill with your checking account or credit card.
4. Once your payment has been verified you'll receive an on-screen confirmation and an e-mail confirmation.
5. If your bill is past due and service has been interrupted, make your payment online and your service will be restored within one hour.

Set Up Auto Bill Pay

With recurring payments, you never need to worry about a late payment or searching for stamps.

1. Sign in and go to "My Account."
2. Click on the link called "Set Up Recurring Payments."
3. You can automatically pay your bill with a credit card or your checking account. You can also change your payment method if you already make recurring payments.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts for authorizing future payments.
5. Once your information has been verified you will receive an on-screen confirmation and an e-mail confirmation.
