DIRECTV accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Novus/Discover. You can choose to make a one-time-only payment or set up Auto-Bill-Pay recurring payments.
There are only three ways to pay:
DIRECTV includes a pre-printed payment envelope with your billing statement each month. Write a check for the due amount and mail it directly back to us.
Acceptable forms of payment: Check, Money Order
If you lost your pre-printed envelope, send your payment to one of the following addresses:
PreCash
Go to a participating retailer with your PreCash card, your cash payment and the $3 processing fee. If you don't already have a card, you can get one from your retailer. You'll need your DIRECTV account number to activate your card. To find a participating dealer, call 1-866-520-4874. The retailer will process your payment and the payment will post to your account within four hours.
MoneyGram Express PaymentŪ Service
Walk in and pay with cash at any of the 29,000+ MoneyGram agent locations including all nationwide Wal-Mart stores. You'll need your DIRECTV account number. Specify "DIRECTV" as the company your sending your payment to. And the city code is "1602." MoneyGram charges a processing fee to wire your payment. Western Union
Pay with cash at Western Union using your account number. Use "DIRECTVUT" for the city code. Western Union wires payment directly to DIRECTV, but charges a processing fee. Although Western Union can send payments within 15 minutes, it takes up to 4 hours to process.
