Employee resource groups for women, for young professionals, and for lesbian, gay, transgender and bisexual employees and their supporters are available in our El Segundo headquarters, with efforts underway to expand these groups' presence in other major work locations such as our operations management office and call center in Denver. These groups provide professional development events featuring guest speakers, networking opportunities and mentoring programs.

Beyond our workforce, we provide financial and in-kind support for organizations representing diverse communities. For example, we match employees' charitable contributions, providing funds for non-profits supporting a wide range of interests, including those related to race, gender, ethnicity, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation and gender identity. Our employees also get involved in company-supported volunteer efforts to help drive positive change in the communities where we do business.
